AirLess

AirLess is a concept brand that my group and I developed which focused on innovation in the travel goods market, offering vacuum-sealed luggage designed to maximize packing efficiency and minimize bulk. For this new product development project, I conducted in-depth consumer research through surveys and social media polls to better understand how people travel, what they pack, and what frustrations they experience with traditional luggage.

Using the insights gathered, I identified key user needs—such as space optimization, ease of use, and durability—which informed both product design direction and brand positioning. I also performed a competitive analysis to help define AirLess’s niche in the luggage market, positioning it as a sleek, functional, and forward-thinking solution for modern, efficiency-minded travelers.
