Our team developed a strategic partnership proposal between Chipotle and Duolingo aimed at boosting Chipotle’s international brand recognition and customer experience. Key initiatives included integrating Duolingo’s language platform to create multilingual employee training modules, enhancing customer service with AI-driven mobile apps and kiosks, and collaborating on global marketing campaigns tailored to diverse markets.
My role focused on conducting a comprehensive internal analysis using the VRIST framework to assess Chipotle’s resources and capabilities, alongside an external analysis examining political and social factors affecting global expansion. Additionally, I evaluated Chipotle’s positioning within the fast-food and fast-casual dining sectors, balancing price and quality to identify competitive advantages and growth opportunities.
